ABOUT OUR HOT YOGA PROGRAM

Hot yoga is practiced in a room heated. This fifty asana series is designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. Hot Yoga’s fifty posture exercises systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended.Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well-being will automatically follow.

Schedule and pricing

45 euros, 175 euros for 5 classes – 280 euros for 10 classes – 450 euros for 20 classes, private class on request.

A PROPOS DE NOTRE PROGRAMME HOT YOGA

Le « hot yoga », est une série de 50 poses dynamiques (asanas) destinée aux personnes de tout âge et de toutes conditions physiques. Chaque posture étire et renforce les muscles, tendons, ligaments et articulations, préparant ainsi le corps pour la posture suivante. Cet exercice physique est un défi. Il se réalise dans une pièce chau ée afin de faciliter un étirement plus profond du corps, une élimination des toxines plus rapide et e cace, réduisant ainsi le risque de blessures musculaires.
